Tsitska is local well-known sort of grapes, it gives high quality table soft white wine. It is most used in higher and lower Imerety to produce sparkling wines. Wines made with this viraety are transparant and yellowish-straw. They are characterized with full body and in case of aging they become softer, harmonious and develop strong varietal bouquet.
