Tsolikouri is one of the most wide-spread vine varieties in Western part of Georgia, in particular, in Imereti region. It is remarkable that with high sweetness, this variety maintains high acidity as well. High alcohol and cheerful body of wines are conditioned by this fact. While aging Tsolikouri, it gains more softness and becomes more harmonious.
